Steps

How would a typical process look like?

1. You look at our web site and are interested in a camper

2. You ask us (-> request form) for availability or any other question

3. After confirmation from us you do the pre-payment

4. We reserve your desired camper

5. We pick you up at Cologne or Bonn train station (for free) or the airport (additional fees may apply)

6. We explain to you in detail the funcionality of the camper

7. We receive the rest of the payment and deposit (either in cash or by Paypal

8. You start your tour

9. After your tour you return the camper in good condition

10. You get back the full deposit (200 € will be sent to you 4 weeks after returning the camper, accounting for potential speed / parking tickets)

 

Payment

In order to make sure that you get your desired camper at your desired date we require a small payment in advance. Only when we have received that we can reserve the camper for you. The amount is 400 €.

We accept:

• Note: There is a fee of 4% which Paypal charges from us. Nevertheless this is still the cheapest option for you, as bank transfer and especially cash exchange require higher fees.
  
• bank transfer: please email us for this option to send you our bank details

We assure you that all your data will be treated confidentially. We do not accept cheques or credit cards. The payment is not refundable.

The rest of the rental payment needs to be made at the handover of the camper in cash (€) or via Paypal. The deposit can be made in your favourite currency. You will receive it back in the same currency. As we are a very small business we do NOT accept cheques or credit cards.
